Install Technician Pilot Home Service is looking to hire several highly motivated and positive installation technicians for its growing team. The person in this role is responsible for performing installation of energy retrofits, including but not limited to air sealing, insulation, radiant barrier, duct repair, windows, doors, and other energy related products. The ideal candidate will have: • Stable and verifiable experience in construction • The ability to follow/perform installation procedures for energy retrofit work in homes • The ability to lift 50 pounds • A valid driver’s license • The ability to pass a drug screening Two or more years of experience as an energy retrofit technician, HVAC/R installation, maintenance, service technician, or carpentry experience preferred.
