Deck building company looking for sub-contactors. We are located in Naperville IL. Jobs are all over Northwest suburbs. We build new decks and resurface old ( replace floor and rails while keeping the old frame). we take care of all organizational part of the job. Get the permit, deliver materials on site, remove trash and debris after job is completed. You only build. Pay is based on performance $3,000-5,000 a week. depending how fast you work. Requirements Experience in construction( not necessarily decks) Cargo van or pickup truck, preferably white Basic Tools Helper or partner. Crews are min 2 people max 4 people Ability to read and follow blueprints. We do 1099. either on your social or tax id Number payment is per job. we agree before start working. Our crews make between 150k- 250K a year. depends on crew size and efficiency.
