Employment Solutions is currently seeking 40 Packing Specialists for fast-tracked temp-to-perm hiring program. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Shift Schedule: 1st shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm 2nd shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am Responsibilities of the Packing Specialist: -Supports the production line by packing and separating product -Runs the Shanklin as required -Assembles and builds displays and boxes -Uses tapers to secure boxes -Ensures the correct type and amount of wrapping paper packaging is used. -Regularly inspects product to ensure date code is correct -Immediately reports any safety, food safety, maintenance, production or quality problem to lead operator and/or supervisor. -Notifies lead operator and/or assists in clearing jam-ups. -Able to work well with others and demonstrate pladis winning traits and behavior. -Tracks consumptions -Follows all safety and GMP rules and regulations -Other duties as assigned Requirements of the Packing Specialist: -Maintain perfect attendance, no excused absences in first 90 days -Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time -Must be comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds on a repetitive basis Compensation for the Packing Specialist: -Pay Rate: All Shifts: $13.55/hr -Immediate Pay Increase Upon Completing the Program!
