We are looking to hire full-time lawn maintenance crew leaders. Work includes managing a small crew, operating equipment, assigning work tasks, maintaining work logs, monitoring work quality and schedules. The criteria below is a guideline for staff and management to communicate a vision of mutual success and advancement for both the individual and the company. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead crew and participate in performing complete lawn maintenance tasks such as: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, debris pick up, etc. - Driving a truck and trailer - Keeping complete and accurate time records of each job and all crew members - Ability to operate various types of mowers, trimmers, edgers. Requirements: - Must have a valid driver’s license and be in good standing - Must have 2+ years of grounds maintenance experience - Must have 2+ years of foreman/crew leader experience - Ability to lead and direct others - Ability to independently complete jobs on time and on a budget - Ability to submit all paperwork (either on paper or electronically) according to required timelines and with complete and proper information Starting pay as a grounds maintenance foreman is $19.00/hour Job Type: Full-time If interested please call 303-722-0700 or respond to the job posting.
