Everyday I see ads for bands looking for members and gigs. But everything is totally shutdown, restaurants are not hiring any bands, or even solo musicians really, and everyone is pretty much just waiting to go out of business. all festivals and concerts are canceled, and everyone is still wearing these silly masks, and snitching on their neighbors if they have guests over, like this is communist Russia. Despite all this talk of "when things return to normal", all the news networks are saying that there ain't no plan to return to normal. They are saying this 1930s Russia style is the "New Normal", and just get used to it, because it is never gong to end. The politicians are having to much fun drunk with power, and the tech giants are making too much money while all the retail shops go out of business. It's never going to end. So...do y'all know something I don't? Where are these gigs? Why are you searching for band members? What am I missing? am I living in a totally different world from you all? Where are these restaurants who are hiring bands? What plans are you making for the future, and for when? Cause I dont see it.
