Are you needing your house checked while you are away from the Cape? I will stop by and check for any leaks, damage inside or out, limbs down, etc. The snow, ice and water this winter have already left many home owners with damage. I will check after all majors storms. I’m very handy around the house, and being a homeowner here in Barnstable have many contacts for upkeep and repair if needed. I am semi-retired and work part time for the church. Trustworthy and very conscientious. Nominal fee, but gives me something to do in the fall, winter, and spring.
