Experienced Help Needed In Westport/Grayland -Stairjack cutting & More

Must be experienced - I have some work for the right person- must be experienced and skilled. Normally I do most of the work but this time I need someone with better skills than me. Ideally I am looking for someone to work with me on these projects. Couple projects and could lead to other work - - I have a deck that I need to add stairs to - stairs and railings. I dont know how to cut stairjacks. Need help cutting stairjacks, putting stairs up and then doing the railings and pickets etc. It's probably 6-8 steps. - Next I have a couple water penetration issues that need resolved...one is around a sliding glass door and another is either due to siding or window trim etc...not sure. I need someone to help me troubleshoot these areas and then work with me to fix them. - if these go well then I would like have some other work. I will pay a competitive cash wage for quality and experienced work. I can purchase all material needed for projects. Let me know your experience and availability.
