Compensation: $45,000-55,000 yearly DOE Responsibilities · Inspect the properties throughout the day to ensure all common areas are clean . Perform and complete work orders and apartment turns. · Remove remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the move in ready process · Strength, balance and agility, able to lift 80 -100 lbs · Basic knowledge of tool and equipment safety · Work independently, and be qualified to perform a wide scope of work · Ability to think on your feet and problem solve effectively · Must have full working knowledge and skills in carpentry · Knowledge in demo, plumbing; light electrical, drywall repair and general maintenance · Be able to communicate with leasing agents/property managers effectively and often Competencies · 2+ years of experience preferred · Knowledge of multiple trades · Great work ethic, and pride in your work. · Excited to take on new challenges · Prompt attendance and maintain a professional appearance always while on site Job Type: Full-time *Must have valid WA state drivers license and pass background check
