Licensed Chemical/Pesticide Applicator, Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Laborer Landscape Company serving the Greater Lansing Area since 1976, seeking the following for the upcoming 2021 season. Licensed Chemical/Pesticide Applicator, MDARD Certified 3A Chemical Applicator Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation to and from work. Dependable and reliable, able to work solo Good customer communication skills, written and oral Meticulous record-keeping Thorough with attention to detail Two years’ experience preferred Lawn Maintenance / Mower and Crew Leader Valid Driver’s License, Reliable transportation to and from work. Commercial mowing experience. Familiar with zero turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc. Experience driving a truck w/trailer. Responsible for routine maintenance of all equipment.... oil changes, blade sharpening etc. Detail oriented Meticulous record-keeping Good communication skills, written and oral. A positive attitude and takes pride in their work Two years’ experience preferred. Managerial position available. Landscape Laborer/Hardscape Installer Able to read landscape plans and layout plantings. Shrub, perennial and tree knowledge. Experience in most aspects of landscaping installation. Duties include installation of lawns, trees, hardscapes, shrubs, mulch, plant beds with edging, etc at new home sites Maintenance of established landscapes, including trimming/pruning bushes, mulching and clean ups. Skidsteer and tractor experience a plus Two years’ experience preferred, but willing to train the right motivated/qualified person.
