I'm a private chef looking for an assistant on the 5th and 6th of March. You will be helping me prep in the kitchen, washing dishes, waiting tables and various other duties as assigned. This is for a wedding dinner in the client's home. You should be extremely personable and polite, have a neat appearance, work quickly, follow instructions, be reliable and have some experience in a kitchen. These are non-negotiable. Preference will be given to those with foh and boh experience in fine dining establishments. If all goes well, more work will be available in the future.
