Elder Care Facility for Seniors looking for a landscaper maintenance/handy-man. Landscaper is to maintain the gardens, parks and other outdoor landscapes.
40hrs/week, hourly rate depending on experience, with health insurance benefits. Company owns six properties/buildings ranging from San Luis Obispo to Arroyo Grande Mesa.
Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning outdoor facilities, trimming overgrown hedges/trees, weeding, pruning, mowing, edging, planting, spraying, power blowing, and other general cleaning/maintenance tasks, as well as building maintenance and minor household repairs.
