GroundsPRO Landscaping in Indianapolis is a commercial landscape company providing full service landscape maintenance and snow removal. We are hiring for crew leader and crew member positions. All positions are full-time and year round. Located on the northwest side of Indianapolis, GroundsPRO services Indianapolis and the metro area.
Crew leaders should have minimum of two years landscape experience including crew management. The crew leader position requires a valid driver's license, clean MVR, a DOT physical including pre-employment drug screen for all driver's positions and be at least 21 years of age.
Crew members, experienced preferred but not required. Crew members with experience and a valid drivers license could qualify to fill crew member driver position.
The starting pay range is $15.51-$17.50 per hour, possibly more for the right candidate. Benefits package available after the first 90 days. GroundsPRO is looking to add team members with a strong work ethic, enjoy working outside, are dependable and show up to work on time. Work week consists of 40-50 hours per week during the growing season. Pay is bi-weekly.
