All Around Arbor Tree Care Services is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time climbing arborist position. This individual should have a minimum of one year's climbing experience and know all of the basics needed to at least fulfill a secondary climber's role, although a lead climber with more experience would be fine as well. A positive attitude and good communication skills is key to being a part of team AAA. No hot-heads or cocky climbers wanted. An active drivers license and a means of transportation to our shop location is required. Arborist certification is not required although will carry weight during the selection process. Certification will be fully promoted, encouraged and paid for be AAA once on the team. Pay will be negotiated based on the individual's current experience level and rate of job efficiency. Pay would likely range between $25-35/hr although pay could be more depending on length of experience and skill level. We have an amazing team here and are hopeful to find another amazing employee.
