We are a 56-year-old non-profit that values our employees. We have a variety of programs including Early Learning, Pediatric Therapy, and Employment Services, including a Janitorial Service that cleans county, state, nonprofit and private businesses in Clark County. While we happily welcome all applicants, as part of our mission, we also work hard to accommodate those with employment challenges, as long as they: • Can pass required customer/organizational background checks • Are able to physically perform a variety of janitorial tasks • Are able to keep accurate records and reports • Have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance WORK SCHEDULE and HOURLY/SALARY RANGE: Part-time 12 hours per week including two sites, 2.5 hours a night, MWF, at a site that pays $21.12 per hour (- cost of 401K) and 4 hours W nights at a site that pays $15/hour. DUTIES: o Perform janitorial job tasks that are required by the program or customer contract specifications. o Job tasks include but are not limited to: restroom cleaning, trash and recycling removal, dusting, polishing, floor mopping, floor stripping, floor waxing, floor polishing/buffing, vacuuming, carpet spotting, carpet cleaning, general touch-up cleaning and window washing. o Keep inventory of needed supplies as assigned; notify janitorial supervisor when supplies need to be ordered. o Maintain equipment in good clean working condition and report repair needs to janitorial supervisor.
