Landscape East & West is a full service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are always seeking Residential Landscape Installation Foremen with 2-3 Years experience in the Landscape Industry. Also crew members with 1 or more years landscaping and/or construction experience. Foreman: Primary Responsibilities: - These positions are responsible for the installation/renovation/maintenance of landscape at residential homes - Communicate and take direction from the project manager - The foreman and 1 or 2 other crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios),plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan. Qualifications: - Plant identification a plus - Ability to read and understand plan drawings - Operate machines such as Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other hand held equipment - Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. - Candidate must possess a valid, insurable drivers license Crew: Primary Responsibilities: - Communicate and take direction from the Foreman - These positions are responsible for the installation/renovation/maintenance of landscape at residential homes - Crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios),plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan.
