Job Summary: Monarch Management Group, Inc. is now hiring a part-time maintenance technician/groundskeeper to monitor an apartment complex in Mechanicsburg, PA. The position requires 24 hours per week. Responsibilities: General upkeep and cleaning of the complexes and upkeep of equipment and grounds. As part of the general maintenance duties, the employee will be responsible for completing work orders, general maintenance of the buildings/apartment units, and maintenance of the appearance of property grounds. Roles may also include communicating with vendors and required annual training. Skills: Landscaping, Basic household plumbing, Light electrical, Apartment Painting, Drywall Repair, Painting. The employee must be available to be on call for emergency purposes.
