We are looking for honest and reliable individuals with proven leadership and commercial cleaning abilities to be one of our Cleaning Supervisors. We have many new commercial construction cleaning projects in the DFW area with multiple crews.
Individuals must have a knowledge of cleaning skills (dusting, sweeping/mopping, restrooms, kitchen cleaning, waxing, windows) as well as the ability to motivate personnel, create a positive working environment, meet deadlines, and project-specific goals, and attention to detail.
Individuals must have strong communication skills to effectively communicate schedules & logistics with crew members, as well as general contractors and management. Daily paperwork will be completed for processing project efficiency, project satisfaction, and managing inventory.
Individuals must understand the constraints of working under a deadline and work at a pace that promotes successful and timely completion of the project.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals that have extensive experience successfully managing/leading a group of people.

Base Pay starts @ $32,500 / annual salary with room for advancement for Supervisors.
Base Pay for Managers is dependent on experience and verified referrals.
