Part time property maintenance person needed

It's a simple gig. 3 hours/ day, 4 days/week You are given responsibility for the maintenance of the property which is on ten arces. there are 3 units which will have long term guests and will be an important part of the properties income. You should be able to do most  home repairs and some improvements. You would be responsible to: 1 operate the generator during a power failure. 2 Reset circuit breakers 3 Remove trash 4Clear clogged plumbing 5 shovel pathways 6Rake leads 7 Mowe parts of the lawn 8 Do small repairs 9 do 5 hrs of project work/ week. 10 keep livestock water running 11 setup for season 12 close up after season 13 equipment maintenance 14.
