Job Description: Bayside Marina is seeking an experienced residential construction lead carpenter. We are a solutions-based team focused on building and renovating high-end custom homes. Responsibilities: General construction, framing, painting, tile, demo, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, etc. or any combination of these skills. We need someone who has an eye for craftsmanship and does not settle for "just good enough". Will work alone or as part of a team. Qualifications: At least 5-10 years expertise in the construction trades DEPENDABLE Transportation and reputation Excellent customer service skills (bad attitudes need not apply) Works well with a team Must be bondable and able to pass a drug test Need to be available 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday Specifications Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Category: Construction & Skilled Trades Industry: Construction & Skilled Trades Job Type: Full-time
