Full Time/Permanent Maintenance position coming available for local properties in Dover & Hampton NH. Working for a management company to turn residential and commercial units for new move ins. Duties would include, but not limited to: Painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light carpentry. You would also be required to do work orders as needed as well as preventive maintenance on the properties. Experience in HVAC a plus. Must have own tools. (We do supply some tools) There are multiple properties to maintain but they are all located in the Dover and Hampton area. On Call is a must on a regular rotating basis.
