Established Property Management Company with over 1500 units across middle TN is looking for hardworking general sub-contractors to add to our Chattanooga area team, currently looking for General Handyman to assist us with work orders, turnovers and rehabs Qualifications: Experience in General Contractors/ Handyman type repairs including some or all of the following: plumbing CHA electrical HVAC repair painting flooring lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement Site up clean GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: - Must have own transportation - You are reliable and hardworking - Ability to work with little supervision. - Good communication skills. - You MUST have your own equipment and tools - We do require general worksmen compensation, we can help you get it! - Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
