Looking for a motivated, multi-skilled Construction Tradesperson for a fully integrated construction, real estate development and investment company. The Construction Tradesperson will be experienced in multiple trades and/or a craftsman in a specific construction trade such as concrete, heavy equipment, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring and drywall. This role will assist the superintendent with various projects. The right candidate will have the following attributes: - Proven experience as construction tradesperson - Knowledge of proper construction sequencing - Ability to easily digest scope of work from plans and specifications. - Working knowledge of all trades or a specific scope of work. - Effective communicator. - Ability to perform construction tasks on site as needed. - Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials and tools - Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction - Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.) - Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times - Good understanding of basic math - Good mechanical aptitude - Understanding of basic electrical wiring preferred - Understanding of basic plumbing preferred - Works well as part of a team. - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
