We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our maintenance/ landscaping team. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. Minimum Requirements: • Must have a clean driving record with no DUI’s in the past five years • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation, and automobile insurance. Duties include but are not limited to: • Interior/ Exterior Painting • Drywall • General Handyman • Minor Plumbing • Landscaping/ Mowing Qualifications: • Good time management skills • Courteous and professional • Reliable and punctual • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
