Job Purpose: Assist our growing maintenance/renovation team in maintaining, repairing, & renovating a growing portfolio of apartment buildings in Germantown, Philadelphia. Duties: Follow the direction of the Supervisor to accomplish repairs and maintenance of rental properties and renovate/upgrade apartments and buildings. Examples include but not limited to electrical upgrades, installing light fixtures, installing plumbing fixtures, installing cabinets, installing flooring tiling floors and bathrooms, repairing and installing drywall/sheet rock. Skills: Must have experience in carpentry. Experience in specialized areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building maintenance, tiling, roofing, windows, etc. is a plus. Valid drivers license and your own transportation is a must.
