As a Delivery Associate you'll serve as Aaron's ambassador, upholding our commitment to excellence by working directly with our customer in a professional manner while delivering top quality products and services. You will receive expert training on all the latest products from electronics to furniture and appliances. Additional responsibilities include merchandise handling such as : loading, securing, delivery, set up, trouble shooting and demonstrating, cleaning and building. As an Aaron's Delivery Associate, the difference is personal and your ability to delivery a great customer service experience as well as your ability to build strong relationships with our customers is critical to our success. Madison Capital Investments is a Licensed Franchisee of the Aaron's Brand with Several Locations through out Southeastern PA. JOB DUTIES: Personally support every customer to OWNERSHIP Customer Deliveries Ensure all merchandise is clean and in full operating condition prior to delivery Load, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise Review all Paperwork to ensure proper delivery of product to the right customer Document all vehicle movement on Daily route Sheets Clean and Certify all returned merchandise Maintain Showroom and Warehouse in neat and orderly fashion Perform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with return merchandise requests Perform Pre Vehicle Inspections daily as required by Law Keep Truck inside and out clean Daily Field Marketing JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers license with clean driving record Professional appearance Positions requires lifting and loading up to 50 lbs without assistance and up to 300 lbs with assistance or help of a appliance dolly Winning Attitude with great customer service skills BENEFITS: Paid Training, learn while you grow 5 day work week 40 hours Mon- Saturday One day off during the week and Closed on Sunday's Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, along with Short and Long term Disability Ins. 2 weeks Paid Vacation after one year of full time service 2 paid Sick Days 6 Paid Holidays Employee Purchase Discount program Ongoing Training for advancement opportunities APPLY IN PERSON 310 W JOHNSON HWY NORRISTOWN PA 19401 MON- FRIDAY 10AM -7 PM ASK FOR SCOTT
