Entry level, no experience necessary, downtown Grand Rapids Part time position for maintenance of an office building. Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM NO NIGHTS or EVENINGS NO WEEKENDS NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS -Trash removal -Lawn care -Light bulb changes -Painting We feel this position would be great for a student or a retired person looking to keep active while working for a small company surrounded by great people. This position would be good for someone looking for additional income who currently works second shift. Must have reliable transportation.
