A Black and white spotted pit mix at dodge and Glenn. Had a green collar on. I followed him down dodge and tried to make contact several time but wasn't able too. Lost sight when he went into an apartment complex on the east side of dodge right before Grant. He seemed like he knew where he was going, hopefully.
