Where can I get my windshield crack repaired?

I have the TINIEST little chip on my windshield, and I just want it to get glued up or whatever so it doesn't get any bigger. I tried buying an at-home repair kit, but it was really messy and I didn't end up using it. I know I've been to gas stations before where they have free windshield chip repairs. Does anyone know where I could find one of these easy and quick repair services? I don't mind paying, but I just don't think I should schedule an actual appointment at a windshield repair place because this chip is so tiny and I don't want to spend too much to just have someone fix it.
