Property Maintenance Service Provider Company with 7 years in business in Boone Watauga County North Carolina seeking mature Cleaners/Housekeepers. Company provides Residential & Commercial cleaning, Certified Pool Operations, Property & Building Maintenance, and Lawn Care & Log staining in a luxury market. QUALIFICATIONS: • 2 plus year’s experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Employment Eligibility as “Work Authorized” in USA • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance • Reliable transportation • Positive Work Attitude • Fast learner—Self-starter • Detailed—Oriented • Can perform “physical” cleaning labor with no limitations RESPONSIBILITIES: (not inclusive) • Clean Recreational and fitness facilities • Clean Housekeeping; linens and towels, etc. • New construction cleaning • Building maintenance; lamps/lights/cobwebb cleaning • Luxury home cleaning • Perform normal cleaning physical labor; mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, windows, bedroom/bath/kitchen areas, etc. COMPENSATION: • Full-time position: Base hourly wage based on experience and abilities. • Total 10 days off: 5 paid* vacation days, 5 non-paid personal days • Drug-free workplace
