Grounds Maintenance Worker - Property Maintenance Service Provider Company with 7 years in business in Boone Watauga County North Carolina seeking mature Building Maintenance-Ground Attendants. Company provides Residential & Commercial cleaning, Certified Pool Operations, Property & Building Maintenance, and Lawn Care & Log staining in a luxury market--(not all inclusive work - communication with Employer does not constitute job placement); This position is 95% outdoors/5% indoors - year-round.
Job Responsibilities (Not inclusive)
Pool maintenance - clean/vacuum pool, administer chemicals, test water sanitation/water balance; clean pool decks and equipment. Training provided
Backpack blowing of Clubhouses & Condo buildings landings and breezeways
Empty dog-pot receptacles
Walk (hike) property for debris and inspection of building maintenance
Clean Condo buildings elevator cabs, light receptacles and bulb replacement
Also may need to participate in New/Remodel Construction cleaning: sweep-vac-mop; debris pickup.
Operate snow blower/spread icemelt - shovel snow
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; (company truck provided on premises)
Dependable, reliable, self-starter
Able to follow instructions
Able to carry (lift up to 50#)
Non-smoker preferred
Back-ground check (license) and drug screening may be utilized for confirmation
