CLEANERS NEEDED/ LIMPIADORES DE CASA WE ARE A CLEANING COMPANY SEEKING CLEANERS IN AUSTIN AND SURROUNDING AREAS, RAPIDLY EXPANDING! *LOOKING FOR RELIABLE AND EXCELLENT HOUSE CLEANERS*

 Requirements: *Must have reliable transportation for each job
 *Must have prior cleaning experience
 *High standard to cleanliness and getting the job done fast !FIXED PRICES ONLY!
 Each house clean is $150 (requirements for completed job below)
 ADDITIONAL $$$ if bathroom, oven or microwave need deep cleans (Ranging $35-50 more) Team of at least 2 needed per job//Equipo de al menos 2 necesarios por trabajo Requirements for a completed job are as follows: Bedroom/Office/Dining Room/Living Area: • Remove light fixture globe. Clean inside & outside (if applicable) • Clean ceiling fan (if applicable) • Sweep or dust all walls and corners to remove dust & cobwebs • Damp wipe all shelves • Damp wipe all doors and frames (Both sides including closet doors) • Damp wipe all light switch and outlet covers • Clean window tracks, sills and frames • Clean window panes • Damp wipe all baseboards • Edge carpet along baseboards • Vacuum and/or mop and sweep floor Bathrooms: • Spray shower, bathtub and toilet with cleaner of choice • Damp wipe light fixture and globes • Damp wipe all shelves • Damp wipe all doors and frames (Both sides including closet doors) • Damp wipe all light switch and outlet covers • Clean window tracks, sills and frames • Clean window panes • Clean shower and bathtub • Clean inside toilet with toilet bowl brush and muriatic acid if necessary to remove hard water stains • Clean outside areas of toilet • Clean sink including areas around the faucet (remove any buildup). Use a dry cloth to shine the faucet. • Clean inside of all cabinets • Clean mirror • Damp wipe baseboards (including behind the toilet) • Sweep and mop floor Kitchen: • Remove oven racks. Take outside and spray generously with cleaner of choice being careful not to spray concrete (Leave propped up outside) • Spray oven door, bottom, 2 sides and back wall of oven (do not spray top of the oven) with Easy Off. • If applicable, remove burners, knobs and grates from stove top (Careful to remember how you removed them. Take a picture if necessary) Use cleaner of choice on areas that are dirty. Let sit. • Damp wipe light fixtures and globes • Damp wipe all kitchen cabinets and drawers inside and out. • If applicable, clean inside and outside of microwave including under if it is an above stove microwave. • Carefully, slowly pull stove out from wall (ask for help if necessary). Take before and after photos. Clean any food debris from sides of stove and cabinets. Sweep and clean with a damp cloth the floor. Push stove back in place. • Using a rough pad, lightly scrub to clean oven door. Wipe with a damp cloth. Wipe rest of oven with a damp cloth. If residue still exist, lightly scrub with pad. • Clean bottom drawer of stove • Bring oven rack back in. Using a damp cloth in the sink, wipe residue off of racks. Use pad that was used on the oven if there is still baked on residue. Dry and return racks to oven. • Damp wipe all light switch and outlet covers • Damp wipe all counter tops • Use Cleaner of choice to clean sink and faucet. Use a dry cloth to wipe faucet and sink • Sweep and mop floor Exterior: • Clean all lower level exterior windows • Damp wipe all doors leading to the exterior of the house (Both sides including frames) • Clean any sliding glass doors both sides if applicable • Sweep garage • Sweep outside area around front and back door.
