We are looking to hire Assemblers immediately for DIRECT HIRE positions at Daikin! Job Responsibilities - Your specific duties as an Assembler will include: •Ability to work, stand, and walk for 8- 12 hour a day •Show up to work as scheduled •Assemble parts and equipment as designated by assembly plans- tasks may include but are not limited to: Shooting screws, putting lids on boxes, scanning inventory, kitting parts, lifting, putting on labels, tying wires •Maintain a clean and organized workspace •Ability to work in a team environment, communicate timely and accurately with co-workers and supervisors. •Ability to work with limited supervision •Ability to complete physical labor to include lifting, bending, twisting for 8-12 hours a day •Good eye/hand coordination. •Other duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements •Must be at least 18 years old •Must be authorized to work in the United States •Able to work in a fast pace environment •Have reliable transportation to and from work •Able and willing to complete physical labor throughout the entire shift •Ability to pass the in-house training program •Pass a background check and drug screening Benefits Available benefits for the Assembler position include (but are not limited to) •Exceptional medical, dental, and vision insurance •401(k)- with matching upon meeting eligibility •Vacation days •Holiday pay •And much much more!
