Seeking solo musician roommate for a shared space with 2 other drummers. Minimum $200/month share for 1 timeslot per week, $300/month for 2 timeslots per week. Daytime spots are available weekdays until 5:30pm and Sunday after 1 pm. Some evenings could also be available. Rick Considine is a former Berklee professor and he gives drums lessons on weekend mornings. His kit is in the space and available to use. This is an ideal space for solo instrumentalists to rehearse or host lessons(virtual or in-person). There is a 4-piece kit in the space to use, a Blues Jr. guitar amp, Farfisa, and a storage shelf for a small amount of gear(cymbal bags, kick pedal, etc.).
