full-time plus overtime (40+ hours a week), and year-round job (part time available as well). Pay depends on demonstrated tool experience, but all applicants must be familiar with the very basics in lawn care. This role with be a team member with a crew and will be responsible for the general turf maintenance of residential and commercial property turf (mowing, edging, trimming, shrub pruning, debris clean-up, etc.). Really, I would rather have someone with a good attitude who is ready and willing to work with no experience than someone with years who is a pain to deal with.
