We are looking for a working supervisor to help manage the recycling room at Ford Dearborn Truck Plant. We are looking for a reliable self motivated individual that works well with others. Overview The Supervisors will be responsible for watching over and assisting crews when needed, He or she will also be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations. Must have good organizational, team building, communication and conflict resolution skills, previous hands on experience as a supervisor and a strong mechanical aptitude.
