Mold restoration and water mitigation company is looking for an experienced contractor. Requirements: US legal status Fluent in English ( Spanish a plus ) Driver's license Clear background Availability to work in Central/South Florida Full time and part time positions available The ability to safely use tools, heavy machinery and chemicals The ability to work as part of a team The ability to stand for extended periods Good physical stamina Strong mechanical skills Effective communication skills Detail-oriented Experience: Must have construction and ( or ) restoration labor experience Any plumbing, electrical, demolition experience preferred Clear out debris from structures under demolition or being torn down Unload and carry building materials to appropriate locations on the site Experience in roof tarping a plus Experience in interior dry out a plus Drywalls tear down and replace Baseboards demolition and replace Wood floor and tiles remove and replacement Hazardous materials remediation experience a plus
