Position Summary:
Assist in golf course turf maintenance, course set- up, irrigation, operate golf course equipment and
hand tools.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with preparing the course for daily play.
o Rake the bunkers.
o Cut and trim golf course greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
o Assist with watering the roughs.
Grades and prepares base, lays sod, and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.
Participates in daily setup for play.
Excavates and backfills ditches and trenches with hand tools.
Cuts weeds and brush.
Tree trimming duties.
Maintains the cleanliness of all golf course equipment.
Assist with loading and unloading materials used for the golf course.
Other Responsibilities:
All other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Maintenance Director.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Previous work on a golf course preferred, but not required.
Supervision:
This position reports to the Golf Course Maintenance Director.
This is not a supervisory role.
