These are temporary to hire positions for a large family-owned food manufacturer that produces custom-crafted, meat products that are cooked from scratch. We will help you with any questions you may have, 503-419-6484. PAY Information: $14.75/hr +differential pay with Overtime at $21.37-OT/hr, 40-55+hours per week during busy periods. This may include Saturdays and/or Sundays. Shifts available: Day shift, 6:00am – 4:00pm, overtime during busy periods; some Saturdays Description of tasks for the Spice Lead positions Coordinate and monitor the usage of spices, marinades, and sauces in the production process The responsibilities vary depending on the line they work on but could include anything from feeding materials into machinery, assembling items, packaging items or storing items. Abilities and Talents for the Spice Lead positions Must be able lift up to 30-50 lbs. Desire to progress to other job classifications throughout the plant.
