Car Ground Screw Broke, Help

Good Day Mechanics, I broke a ground wire bolt coming from the top engine area while doing work on my car. If you look at the pic can I simply use the metal bolt to the far left to where my finger is pointing? I'm pointing to where it broke on the right and pointing to relocation on the left. FYI not sure what it's called, but it's all one big metal piece holding all the bolts... My entire job is almost done, I'm kind of bind far away from stores to get an screw extractor and I've already tried the drill and torx method didn't work. Help, see pics...thanks
