Description
We are looking for experienced trailer mechanic to maintain and repair our company tractors/trailers.
Requirements:
-Must have some knowledge of diesel trucks
-Experience with all reefer trailers
-Ability to work at a fast pace and still maintain complete repairs
-Ability to work independently, or in a team setting
-Ability to work flexible hours
-Must have valid Driver's License
Job Summary:
- Responsible for repairs and required preventive maintenance inspections of tractors/trailers
- Determine trailer condition by conducting inspections
- Perform system repairs to include reefer unit, tires, suspension, electrical, etc
- Maintains a clean, safe environment that complies to OSHA and company standards
- Lubrication
- Oil change
- Brake system repair
-Valve adjustment experience
- Driveline component repair
- Diesel engine repair
- Air conditioning repair
