Title: Facility Maintenance Technician Effective date: 3/1/2021 Headquarters: Syracuse NY Areas of work: Syracuse and surrounding areas. General Purpose: To overlook, maintain and improve various commercial rental properties. In order to adequately serve our tenants and their needs, properties must be kept in perfect condition. The scope of work includes but is not limited to changing light bulbs, painting properties, drywall work, snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, plumbing, general handy work, etcetera. If you are not proficient in any one of these skills, they can be taught to you. WILLINGNESS TO LEARN is a large part of this job. It is often we rehabilitate properties and new skills will be required. Our team are experts in this field and can make you one as well. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing company that does extremely rewarding work. Our regular hours are Monday- Thursday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Candidate is preferred to be in the Syracuse area. Unexpected maintenance may need to be performed off general work hours with overtime.
