We are searching for a Pool Service Technician to join our Mission Pools family. As our service department grows we are seeking new team members to service a route of 40-60 pools. Pool cleaning is hard work (brushing pool walls, using a net and pole to skim water, hand vacuuming pools and cleaning filters, plus being outside). RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion. Clean pools/spa to the satisfaction of Mission Pools and the customer. Keep satisfactory water chemical balance in pools/spas. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Maintain material and supply inventory. Make sure customer pool needs are met. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Driver's license / clean driver's record Ability to drive a manual transmission a plus but not required. Self-motivated Experience in the pool industry a plus but not required Must be able to work unsupervised Responsible, friendly and dependable Willing to work in variable weather, ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs Have a positive attitude and have good communication skills Must be able to pass a drug test Hours: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30am – Must be available to work overtime as needed.
