Property maintenance workers need for busy property management company. Must have own vehicle. Driving to vacation rental homes is required. All homes are within 3 miles of Miramar Beach. This is a weekend job only. Job includes: -light maintenance work to include but not limited to: hanging bathroom towel bars, repairing furniture, light touch up paint, outdoor cleaning of entry ways and balconies. -straightening/cleaning pool decks, cleaning BBQ grills -changing AC filters -checking internet connection -making sure TV's work -changing light bulbs and batteries Please do not apply if you are looking for full time or if you cannot work on Saturday and/or Sunday. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
