What are we looking for? · A minimum of 3 years of installation experience. · A minimum of a 2 person work crew. · A proven track record of superior workmanship. · A strong focus on customer service. · Self-motivation and results orientation. Pay is work completed from Wends - Wends to be paid on Fridays. Non-negotiable. · Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently. Show up on time, no drunks, drug addicts, and must be willing to fill out a vendor packet, NC-NDA, W9, and List us on all additional insurance. Requirements for a subcontractor: · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record · Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check or detail the situation. · Provide references of your past work · Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools - Clean appearance. · Provide Certificate of Insurance with the following requirements: o General Liability - $1 Million Each Occurrence o Automobile Liability - $1 Million combined Single Limit o Worker’s Compensation – Statutory Limit PLEASE REPOND TO THIS AD WITH THE FOLLOWING: - Previous work history in this field. - Type of work you have crews for i.e Roofing Crew, Siding Crew, Window Crews. - Verifiable references (Names of homeowners or clients you can provide number and review or project). - Price list of the work you perform. - How many projects you have completed in your field. - If you can pass a background check and your crew.
