Essential Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate predictable, reliable, and timely attendance Follow verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedule Learn from directions, observations, mistakes, and apply procedures using good judgment Able to work with minimal supervision Possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a contributing member of a team Must be prepared to work in inclement weather conditions Operate hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruners, pickax, sledgehammer, tamper, pitchforks Operate commercial equipment such as landscaping trucks, mowers, blowers, weed-eaters, trimmers, verticutters Work with mow crews and shrub trim crews Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time Flexible hours Pay: Based on Performance Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday Weekends Available
