Real Estate Equities Development, a Minnesota based development company, is accepting resumes for 2 part-time Maintenance Technicians at 2 of our beautiful properties in Kansas City, MO & Olathe, KS. Village Cooperative is a dynamic independent senior community with 49 units. We provide maintenance free living for our 55+ cooperative members. Our Maintenance Technician provides prompt and courteous service to our members. Our Maintenance Technician will maintain our trash services and perform general maintenance and light repairs including painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. The right candidate is someone who is compassionate, energetic, and skilled in property maintenance. Experience preferred.
