I'm looking for someone to take pictures and a video of a property. The property can be occupied but most times it will be vacant. If it is occupied the owners are really nice! I'm a real estate investor and getting ready to buy it and I need the pictures and a video to see the property damages and all that needs to be done. Paying $30 for this simple task.
