We have rental properties throughout Northern NJ. We need someone who is *great* with patchwork/repair for sheetrock. Clean, organized, responsible, own tools + material - get the job done and no BS. For example, photos attached. Bathroom in Lodi with minor water damage in the ceiling/water. We need it repaired and painted. It's a small job but they come up often. This post is *only for smaller patch/repair jobs*. Do not reply if you run a crew or are looking for large drywall projects. Please reply back with some info about yourself, location and experience.
