Looking for licensed and insured company to replace our roof. We don't need anything fancy, it will be shingles with decent warranty. We will be selling the house in the next year. We are looking to get it down in the $10,000-$12,000 range. If this is something that you can do please contact us, tell us what experience you have, if you are licensed and insured (will need proof) and we will give you a call.
