MOSQUITO CONTROL TECHNICIAN Part-time, and seasonal position(s) - varies, up to 25 hours per week. Mosquito Control Technician Job Description: Mosquito Control Technicians conduct property inspections, perform barrier treatments, and educate customers on mosquito reduction methods. The Technician will also assist with the installation of automatic mosquito misting systems. The Technician must be able to provide excellent customer service, including communicating with customers. Mosquito Squad will provide paid training to comply with all state and federal laws and regulations. The Technician must be able to work with minimal supervision and will work with other Mosquito Squad team members and Owners. Responsibilities and Duties:  Provides superior customer services to maintain customer satisfaction and preservation of the Mosquito Squad brand and reputation;  Safely travel to customer’s homes, conducts inspection of the property and properly perform barrier treatments following all company, state and federal laws;  Operates a backpack blower (up to 40 pounds) in heat and humidity, often through uneven terrain;  Responds to basic customer inquiries and requests, notifies owner(s) of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution;  Other duties as assigned. Qualification and Skills:  High School graduate / GED;  Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work;  Adequate written and verbal communication skills;  Professional, self-confident, reliable and pays attention to detail to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks  Provides superior service to facilitate customer satisfaction and retention.
